Getting to Know
Divergent Dialogue

Before we talk — my philosophy, approach, and what to expect

Coaching Philosophy

At Divergent Dialogue, my coaching philosophy is built on the foundation of authentic connection. I believe that communication isn’t about conforming to a singular standard, but about finding the most effective and comfortable way for your unique mind to engage with the world.

This page outlines my commitment to transparency and inclusivity in every interaction. I prioritize creating a safe space where confidentiality is respected and individual coaching styles are celebrated.

Whether you are navigating professional environments or personal relationships, my approach is designed to honor your natural communication patterns while providing the tools to thrive.

A Quick Note on Confidentiality

I am a communication coach — not a licensed or certified therapist, and coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment.

That said, I hold every conversation to the same standard of care and discretion you would expect from a licensed professional. What you share stays between us: it is treated as privileged and confidential, and won't be discussed with anyone else without your explicit permission.

If something you're working through would be better served by a therapist or other licensed provider, I will tell you directly and provide suggestions for alternate support.

Although this is not mental healthcare, it is possible to feel some of the same benefits. Since a core tenet of coaching is ensuring people feel heard and understood, you may receive a boost in your emotional state as a result of that.

Your voice matters here. Let’s build better conversations, wired your way.

Inclusivity Commitment

I support any gender, any sexuality, any race, any religion, anyone. You never have to worry about being your true self in a session with me.

I believe people when they tell me who they are. If you tell me your name, I believe you. You tell me your pronouns, I believe you. I work from a place of trust and respect, first and foremost.

So whoever you are, you’re welcome here.
